Education

Graduated in law after studies at the Universities of Lausanne (Switzerland) and Munich (Germany)

Master of Laws degree (LLM/Public Law) from the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa), a doctoral degree in law from the University of Pressburg (Slovakia)

one of the first lawyers to be awarded the academic degree Master of Mediation (MM) from the University of Hagen (Germany) with a specialisation in economic and environmental extrajudicial dispute settlement.

He holds a postgraduate diploma in International Human Rights Law from bo Academi University, Turku (Finland) and a postgraduate diploma from the Munich School of Philosophy SJ (Germany). At the moment he is a habilitation candidate (Public Law) at the University of Bremen (Germany), researching on environmental human rights in sub-Sahara Africa.
