Tamil Haiku Poetry and Tamil Literature
Poet with a Penchant for Political Sciences

* Taught for 15 years comprising of 10 years at undergraduate level,
3 years at graduate level and 1 year at post graduate level in the
University of Madras, India - Tamil Literature.
* Undertook important assignments for simultaneous translation and
cultural interpretation in Canada.
* Created and directed local enthnic media in the city of Toronto -
Rogers CH 10 CFMT /"Geetha Vani" on 88.9FM and Tamil Language
newspapers like "Sooriyan" & "Senthamarai".
* Designed and developed a Tamil language curriculum for the new
summer courses of the Canadian Community College - Centennial
College, Scarborough, Ontario, Canada.
* Authored and publiished 12 books on Tamil Literature, Poetry and
Essays including doctoral thesis on "Japanese Haiku: An Evolution
of modern Indian Haiku Poetry".
